Who is the best presenter? Who is the worst? Why

After watching the video clips, I have decided to choose MR ED TATE to be the best presenter. This are because he looks confident and take control of the audience. We can see when his eye always look into audience which is mean he got a good eye contact. He can control the stage and dosen't look nervous. Audience seems to consentrate to every words he says. This mean that, he say every word clear and loud. I think the worst presenter is THE MICROSOFT DUDE. He realy shaking on the stage and nervous. He even not often raise his head and having eye contact with the audience. He always using the word 'urm....' and he dosen't prepared his speech.
